Throughout the weekend, we had a blast hanging out with the family! Emily didn't want cake; she wanted strawberry short-cake. So, I helped make over 12 gallons of strawberry topping. YUM!
There were about 400 people at her open house. Keegan loved the steady stream of children who wanted to play. He also got to go swimming. After a brief cold swim, he was satisfied. :)
On Monday, we ate lunch with my parents. Then, we went to a White Caps baseball game. We took one of Keegan's friends with us, too. They had a fun time watching the pitch speed monitor. I do believe the Slurpee's and cotton candy were a highlight, also.
Later, they played with a Scooby-Doo punching bag/sprinkler that Grandma Bates gave us in our fronts yard. They had a ton of fun!
