Back in March of 2015, things began to happen - strange things. Things that many people would "write off" as bizarre, but as Christians, we believe this to be the hand of Providence. God has provided, and things don't have to make sense. All we know is that a phenomena began: the Road to Cedarville.
As was his usual practice, my husband, Jeff, attended the annual American Pharmacist's Association conference in San Diego. This particular year while leading the believers' prayer breakfast session, he presented how Pharmacists can be ambassadors for Christ in their profession. Afterwards, people came forward to speak with Jeff about his presentation and ideas for Pharmacy. One particular gentleman, whom I shall give the pseudonym Nathaniel Cliff, continued dialogue with Jeff so far that they decided to have lunch together. As the discussion continued, they discovered a commonality; both had adopted children. Talking about adoption and family struggles led to praying for one another. Nathaniel Cliff and Jeff enjoyed their lunch with one another, and that was the end of that...or so we thought.
Upon his arrival home, Jeff shared with me that he felt like God was going to turn the blender on in our lives. I asked him what that meant, but he wasn't sure. All we knew was that the winds of change were about to blow, and God had a glorious plan that was about to unfold.
