The Bid Was Accepted...Finally

I don't know about this buying a house business. There is just too much negotiation.

Anyhow...without the gory details, our house offer has been accepted. Now, we just need to sell our house to seal the deal.

It's really a shame that we're putting all of the finishing touches on our house just to sell it. Jeff put in the stair treds today as well as the last of the trim on the new book shelves. Next week, Keegan and I get to stain ourselves silly with those two projects and the back deck. :}

We have not had a showing yet, but Jeff and I are kind of glad. Once the whole house is finished, we should be able to get a better offer. :)
